The University of Western Ontario’s Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) program is introducing a new course on organizational behaviour beginning the end of April.
The Western CIM program is available to Western’s academic and administrative leaders and staff who are engaged in human resource, accounting or financial management functions as part of their work (e.g. Managers, Directors, Administrative Officers, Unit Leaders, or other roles in any bargaining unit – in a Faculty or support unit). New participants are welcome.
The spring course is:
WCIM6207: Organizational Behaviour. Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, April 28 – July 21 from 8:30am-11:30am (Room 30 of the University College Building). Examples and assignments are tailored to Western’s workplace.
The Western CIM program offers a great opportunity to learn with colleagues from across campus. Educational Assistance funding is available to participants according to his/her employee agreement.
