Services have been set to remember Health Sciences student Andrea Maria Christidis, 18, who died Friday, Oct. 9, as a result of injuries caused by a car crash.
A visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at Heritage Funeral Centre, 50 Overlea Blvd., Toronto. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 30 Thorncliffe Park Drive, East York. Interment will follow at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough.
Christidis is survived by her parents, Georgia and Chris; sister, Alexia; grandfather Loucas; grandmothers, Niki and Eleni; aunts and uncles; and cousins, Dori, Lena, Costa, Nicole, Loucas, Alexander, William, Ava and Samantha. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, George.
On Wednesday, Oct. 14, Western will lower the flag on University College in Christidis’ honour.
