The Office of the Ombudsperson has released its Annual Report, Forwarding Fairness, for 2007-2008.
The statistical portion of the report includes information about frequently asked questions, including the types of concerns and complaints handled by the Ombudsperson.
The case studies offer insight into how the office operates, and provides problem-solving strategies for staff and faculty who may face similar issues in their interactions with students.
