Single game tickets are now on sale for the 2009 Western Mustangs football season, which gets underway in just over two months.
Western, the defending Yates Cup and Mitchell Bowl champion plays four regular season home games at TD Waterhouse Stadium.
Tickets for all regular season games, excluding Homecoming, are $16 for adults, $8 for youth and $5 for students. Western students with a valid student ID card get into all games (excluding Homecoming and playoffs) for free.
Prices for the Homecoming game are $25 for adults, $20 for youth and $20 for all students (including Western students).
Here is the home schedule:
• Saturday, Sept. 12 vs. Wilfrid Laurier, 1 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 3 (Homecoming) vs. McMaster, 2 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 8 vs. York, 7 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 24 vs. Toronto, 1 p.m.
Post-season action begins with OUA quarter-finals (Oct. 31) and continues with the OUA semifinals (Nov. 7) and OUA Yates Cup final (Nov. 14).
The OUA Yates Cup champion will host the Quebec champion in the Mitchell Bowl (Nov. 21) with the Vanier Cup being held at Laval’s PEPS Stadium in Ste. Foy, Quebec (Nov. 28).
