Continuing Studies at Western has added Professional Coaching to its list of programs offered this fall.
Professional coaching is emerging as an exciting profession and a sought-after skill for leaders, managers and business owners. The program is offered in partnership with the Adler international Learning Inc. and in accordance with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
The Adler Coaching approach is anchored in core elements of mindset and theoretical principles and leverages a number of disciplines including psychology, counselling, leadership studies, and neuroscience. Students will learn the latest coaching concepts and tools, as well as master a higher level of coaching resourcefulness and team development skills.
Adler’s certificate program is fully accredited by the ICF.
A free information session will be held on Thursday, August 13 at 5:30 p.m., at Western’s downtown campus in Citi Plaza (formerly Galleria London).
Linda Page, President and CEO of Adler International Learning Inc. will be the guest speaker at the information session. She is travelling the globe to launch her new book, Coaching with the Brain in Mind.
