Members of the university community are invited to attend a consultation meeting regarding Western’s plans for implementing the Customer Service Standard of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
The first of three meetings will be held today (Tuesday, Sept. 29) from noon – 1 p.m. in the McKellar Room, University Community Centre.
Other meetings will be held:
Thursday, October 1, 4-5 pm, Main Lounge, Elgin Hall
Thursday, October 1, 7-8 pm, London Hall
Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the local community are encouraged to provide feedback to strengthen the university’s implementation plan in advance of upcoming employee training and enhancements to the Accessibility at Western website.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions.
