New courses will begin in January for Western’s CIM (Canadian Institute of Management) program.
The Western CIM program is available to academic and administrative leaders and staff engaged in human resource, accounting or financial management functions as part of their work (e.g. Managers, Directors, Chairs, Administrative Officers, Unit Leaders, or other roles in any bargaining unit – in a Faculty or support unit).
The winter courses are:
WCIM6206: Introduction to Public Sector Management. The class will be held on Thursday mornings from 8:30-11:30 a.m. beginning Jan. 14.
WCIM6208: Strategic Analysis. The class will be held on Friday mornings beginning Jan. 15. It is recommended to complete all other Western CIM courses prior to taking this course.
All courses are 13 weeks and examples and assignments are tailored to Western’s workplace.
