Two graduate awards supported by the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex are available for the 2010/2011 academic year for full-time graduate students who are conducting research related to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Valued at $12,500 each, the application deadline has been extended to August 27, 2010.
The Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex (ASLM) is committed to promoting excellence in research into Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. ASLM supports projects that will significantly advance scientific and clinical knowledge, and improve the quality of life for both those with the disease and their caregivers. ASLM supports research at the local, provincial and national level through a collaborative effort with its partners and the generosity its donors. The Alzheimer Society of Canada’s research program provides annual grants and training awards to Canadian investigators across the country who are conducting biomedical, social or psychological research into Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

* Faculty of Social Science
* Faculty of Health Sciences
* Faculty of Science
* Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry
