Robarts Research Institute scientist and Schulich School of
Medicine & Dentistry professor Robert Hegele participated in a
worldwide study involving the genetic testing of more than 100,000
people has identified the genes that control lipid levels, in
particular LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol) and
triglycerides.

The aftermath of the recent financial crisis has prompted much
reflection on who or what was to blame with criticism directed
toward regulators, banking institutions, government officials and
corporate executives.
Mustangs collect for four medals at senior nationals
Several Western Mustangs, including recent graduate Jen Cotten,
