The Office of the President has been temporarily relocated to the first floor of the Natural Sciences Centre.
For the next two years while the Stevenson-Lawson Building undergoes extensive renovations, the suite of offices, including those for Western President Paul Davenport and the Vice-Presidents, will be housed in the Natural Sciences Centre Suite 118.

The School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will be relocating to Natural Sciences Centre Rooms 200, 201-204, and 224-229 on Jan. 15-16.
As well, Faculty Relations is scheduled to move Jan. 19-20 to Natural Sciences Centre Rooms 230-237.
The Office of the Vice-Provost (Academic Programs and Students) [Registrar] will be moving to Stevenson-Lawson Building Room 285 on Tuesday, Jan.13. The units within this portfolio will be moving to the Student Services Building, slated to be completed this summer.
All of the phone numbers remain unchanged.
The Stevenson-Lawson Building, constructed in 1934, will be renovated to house the departments of History, Philosophy, Classical Studies, Women’s Studies and the Writing program. The redesign will allow this centrally-located building to be used as an academic facility.
The building has largely been vacated, following the move of several administrative units to the Support Services Building. The renovation project will include the creation of faculty and graduate student offices, 17 small seminar rooms, and meeting space for faculty and students.
