Three University of Western Ontario professors will discuss research collaborations with India during a public forum on Friday, April 17.
The event, sponsored by the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in the Richard Ivey School of Business Room 1B02.
Ivey associate professor Charles Dhanaraj will moderate the event.
Presenters include: English professor Nandi Bhatia, who will deliver a talk entitled “Bollywood Travels;” Earth Sciences Professor Emeritus Lalu Mansinha will discuss “Programmatic Collaborations with IITs and the Ontario Maharashtra-Goa Student Exchange Program;” and Physics assistant professor Sree Ram Valluri, whose talk is entitled “Doing Collaborative Research in India – A Case Study of an Astrophysicist.”
The event is open to the public.
