In Memoriam – Robert J. Farlinger
Robert J. Farlinger, a retired staff member from Thompson Arena,
died Sept. 16 at the age of 72. Farlinger had 30 years of service
at the time of his retirement in February 1999.

Julia O’Sullivan welcomed the start of the school year with
news that children who don’t read well by the end of Grade 3
are at risk of dropping out or failing to graduate high school.
VoIP911 application to be launched
Western rolls out its VoIP911 location application this weekend,

installed in 16 campus buildings to be uniquely identified during a
