• research collaboration;
•
exchange and sharing of teaching and academic materials, publications, reference and other pertinent information; and
• all of the above with special reference to the cultural, economic, ethical, legal, political and social standards of our societies and in the context of a contemporary global world.
The relationship between King’s and Malmö began with shared research interests of members of the Childhood and Social Institutions (CSI) program at King’s and the Child Studies program at Malmö.
Malmö scholars visited King’s in October 2009, with a jointly taught course expected in the spring of 2011.
In addition to Malmö University, King’s has also recently signed exchange agreements with Moscow State University and Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Columbia. The first joint initiative with Moscow will be faculty exchange and with Los Andes will be faculty and student exchange.
