The University Students’ Council is offering free income tax clinics for students March 22-26.
Students with an income below $25,000 are eligible for the free service. Close to 100 student volunteers who have been trained by the Canadian Revenue Agency will be assisting students with processing personal income tax returns. Management and Organizational Studies lecturer Ann Bigelow also assisted with training.
No appointments are necessary.
The clinics will be held at the following locations:
March 22 – 26 – 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the University Community Centre
March 22-23 – 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Perth Hall Residence
March 22-23 – 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in King’s University College
March 22-24 – 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Saugeen-Maitland Hall Residence
March 24-25 – 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Elgin Hall Residence
