When the Canadian Football League (CFL) season kicks off on Thursday July 1, six former Western Mustangs will be in uniform.
The six are Saskatchewan Roughriders slotback Andy Fantuz and defensive back Leron Mitchell, Winnipeg Blue Bombers offensive lineman Chris Greaves, Toronto Argonauts offensive lineman Jeff Keeping, Edmonton Eskimos kicker/punter Derek Schiavone, who will start the year on the nine-game injured list, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats practice roster linebacker Jonathan Hood.
Greaves and Hood are in their first seasons in the league.
