Due to water clarity issues, the Western Student Recreation Centre pool will be closed until July 26.
In order to inspect and isolate the filtration system, program co-ordinator (aquatics) Jen Knights it is important the filtration system is repaired and with the large volume of water involved she anticipates it will take several days at a minimum to resolve.
Swimming lessons July 20 and 22 have been cancelled. Once the pool is open again Campus Recreation will be in touch with all lesson participants about a credit and/or make up class.
Length swimming at Thames Hall Pool is being offered July 20 and 22 from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Remember that Thames Hall Pool is not wheelchair accessible and does not have ladders or stairs in or out of the pool. The pool is booked the remainder of the week for other groups.
