Due to a systems upgrade to the PeopleSoft Financials/Grants system, access to the Grants (ROLA II) system by researchers will not be available beginning today (July 14, 4:30 p.m.) until the morning of July 19.
This means research proposals cannot be created, submitted, reviewed or approved until after the system freeze. Also, new research accounts will not be activated and new user access will not be initiated or activated.
For SSHRC Internal Research & Travel applications, any last minute ROLA Proposal submissions must be fully approved online by July 25. Applications will still be accepted July 15 as long as Chair/Dean signature approval is on the application form and received by Research Development and Services by the posted deadline.
