Etienne LeBel, MSc’07, PhD’11 (Psychology), was recently named one of 10 international winners of the Leamer-Rosenthal Prizes for Open Social Science, supported by the John Templeton Foundation, and presented by Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences. LeBel, the only Canadian on the list, won in the Emerging Researchers category. He is the founder of CurateScience, a web application that enables researchers to verify others’ scientific results.
