This week, Hospitality Services hosted a two-day plant-based culinary training for campus chefs, jointly with Humane Society International/Canada. This initiative was to help the team further expand its vegetarian and vegan meal options on campus, recognizing more and more young Canadians are interested in adopting plant-based diets.
