Read. Watch. Listen. introduces you to the personal side of our faculty, staff and alumni. Participants are asked to answer three simple questions about their reading, viewing and listening habits – what one book or newspaper/magazine article is grabbing your attention; what one movie or television show has caught your eye; and what album/song, podcast or radio show are you lending an ear to.
Meghan Cocurullo is the Digital Engagement Officer for Western Alumni.
Today, she takes a turn on Read. Watch. Listen.

Read.
Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. I read it long before the show, and it did change my life. I can’t say I still fold up my socks with her level of perfection, but there has definitely been a lasting impact.
Watch.
Pretty much every Netflix Christmas movie. Like, The Christmas Wedding Planner. Each of these movies incorporate some type of cookie/gingerbread house making competition, garland and festive table cloths. Just the type of easy cheesy line-up I love at a busy time of year.
Listen.
Meditation Minis Podcast (Chel Hamilton). This is a go-to for me during the workday. I like to step away from my desk and listen to an episode while taking a brisk walk around campus. A few minutes is all it takes.
