This weekend the best in Ontario track and field, including Mustang pentathlon champion Jen Cotton and sprinting sensation Jason Kerr, will face off at The University of Western Ontario.
The event will be held June 13-14 on the Don Wright Track at TD Waterhouse Stadium.
London-Western Track & Field Club and the St. Thomas Legion Track & Field Club are co-hosting the Ontario Junior Championships, the Combined Events Championships and some selected Relay Championships as well as a National Qualifier.
The top three juniors and the top five senior athletes without standard in each event from Ontario will qualify for their respective national championships. This meet will also feature several local high school athletes.
Local clubs represented include the host clubs; London-Western Track & Field Club and St. Thomas Legion Track & Field Club as well as London Runner Distance Club, London Legion, Sarnia Athletics Southwest and Woodstock Legion.
