Some of the world’s top public law scholars and legal philosophers will be participating in Western Law’s Preeminent Public Law Scholars Series, now in its second year.
The Series begins on October 8 with Professor Frederick Schauer of the University of Virginia. Also participating this year will be Timothy Endicott and John Gardner of Oxford University, Jeffrey Goldsworthy of Monash University (Australia), Gerry Bradley of Notre Dame, and Natalie Stoljar of McGill.
“The Public Law Scholars Series provides an outstanding opportunity for Western Law students to learn from international leaders in public law and legal philosophy,” says professor Grant Huscroft, the Series organizer.
The visiting scholars will be presenting and discussing their current research on important issues of the day, and students will write papers analyzing and critiquing their work.
