Epidemiology & Biostatistics and Family Medicine professor
Evelyn Vingilis has been recognized with a Widmark Award for her
achievements in road safety research.
Pulham honoured with park renaming
Former University of Western Ontario Psychology department staff
member Daniel Pulham, who died in July of 2008, has been recognized
for his years of volunteering within the London sports community
with the renaming of a local park.
Science and values converge at international conference
Over 150 leading scientists, philosophers and feminists are
gathering at The University of Western Ontario for the next four
days as the International Association of Women Philosophers meets
for the first time in Canada, and only its second meeting in North
America over its 14 years of assembling.

When Gian-Marco Busato graduates from the Schulich School of
Medicine & Dentistry in 2012, he wants to feel certain becoming
a surgeon was the right decision.

The University of Western Ontario will be spending a lot of time at
the bargaining table this year as it prepares to negotiate
contracts with seven unions and employee groups.
Utility bill growing by 19%

Longstaffe says strong undergraduate programs, internationalization
and new revenue growth will be areas of concentration to build a
strong cultural framework for the university.

While Sharon Mok has a head for numbers, she definitely has an ear

lead authors from around the world to participate in the next
