The Western Student Recreation Centre pool is set to re-open at 6:15 a.m. on Monday (July 26), following a water clarity concern that has since been resolved following grid repair within the filtration system.
The filter aid that was on the bottom has been manually vacuumed from the pool and members will be able to once again enjoy a crystal clear aquatic workout.
All Tuesday and Thursday evening swimming lesson participants will be issued a credit or a refund for the two missed classes.
“We appreciate your patience as we located and remedied the problem with the pool,” says Jen Knights, Program Coordinator (Aquatics).
