Food drive a success
With more than 14,000 pounds of non-perishable food collected
across campus this past December, Western played a key role in the
record-breaking success of this year’s city-wide Business Cares
Food Drive.

$12-million impact on The University of Western Ontario in 2010-11
as unexpectedly higher numbers of older professors take a pass on
retiring at age 65.

In a few years, a herd of Holstein cows might be powering the

farm has begun turning manure into an energy resource with the help
of university researchers.
